Foundation Training
The main focus of Foundation Training is to foster healthy movement and postural patterns, create space in the joints and spine, and allow for healthy nerve, blood, and lymph flow. It is a movement practice that counteracts the negative effects of our modern, heavily seated lifestyles. A great option for those with back, shoulder, or foot pain, those coming back from an injury, or anyone who wants to increase their performance doing the sport or passion they love.
Yoga
Yoga helps to bring union between mind and body, through breath, while increasing flexibility and strength, alleviating stress and anxiety, and improving overall physical health and mental clarity. Each practice is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals; beginning exactly where you are and taking a path that leads where you want to go.
Breathwork
Explore your physical, mental, and emotional state, along with that of your nervous system, in relation to your breath. I can help you uncover your ‘breath print’ and work towards restoring proper breathing function and mechanics. There is great potential for physical, mental, and emotional transformation through a variety of guided breathing experiences.
