Who I am

My name is Olivia and I’m a holistic practitioner with a deep passion for helping others overcome pain and reclaim their lives. My journey with back pain began when I was just 16 years old. Despite trying various solutions, including yoga-which I’ve practiced and taught for over 20 years-I struggled to find lasting relief.

It wasn’t until a friend introduced me to Foundation Training that I experienced a profound shift. I discovered that when I practiced Foundation Training, my pain significantly diminished. The experience ignited a desire within me to deepen my knowledge of how the body works, and how I can help others navigate their own pain journeys.

I became certified in Foundation Training and have since witnessed incredible transformations, both in myself and my clients. Daily doses of FT have not only improved my quality of life, allowing me to enjoy activities like surfing and yoga, but they’ve also empowered my clients to move from pain to performance.

Currently, I am expanding my expertise through advanced yoga training, which deepens my ability to teach and share the numerous benefits of yoga. This practice not only promotes physical strength and flexibility but also fosters mental clarity and emotional balance.
