  • Want to have an introduction to Foundation Training or yoga so you can join in a group class? A single session can be a great entryway.

  • Begin to learn the principles of Foundation Training, yoga, or breath work, what your unique patterns and compensations are, and how to target and strengthen the weaker muscle groups (this includes your diaphragm!).

  • Dive deeper into your practice and learn how to assimilate these principles into your daily life. Learn what is most essential for you to include in your life in order to stay pain free.

  • Like the continued guidance and motivation our private sessions offer? Ongoing sessions can be a great way to stay consistent and work towards your specific goals. Option of once or twice a week.
